Well Balanced Kids CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT.
It is with the greatest sadness that Well Balanced Kids' trustees have decided to close the organisation by the end of March 2024. Well Balanced Kids has worked with over 1400 children and young people since it was established 6 years ago, teaching life long skills in yoga and meditation. However, the current funding climate is extremely competitive and we have been unable to secure funds to keep the organisation going.
Our 100+ videos - covering relaxation and breathing techniques, what is mindfulness? 30 minute yoga classes, mix and match sequences, mindful activities and yoga for those with special needs, will remain available on YouTube forever, and on this website until December 2024. Our tutors, Dominique, Laura, Andrea, Carly and Tamsin, continue to deliver yoga via their independent businesses - to contact them please see here.
